December 14, 2007 marked the dedication of the Vanity Fair Legal Prints collection which were donated to the Court by T. Joseph Touhey, Esq. in memory of George S. Lantzas, Esq., 1951-2006. The collection is housed in the Circuit Court Law Library Conference room and in other areas throughout the library. Vanity Fair was founded by Thomas Gibson Bowles and published between 1864 and 1914. On the 30th of January, 1869, the first caricature of Benjamin Disraeli appeared and was an instant success. Using the process of chromolithography, a total of 2,386 caricatures appeared in Vanity Fair convering all walks of life.  Pictured at the Dedication Ceremony (l. to r.) are Clerk of the Court Robert P. Duckworth, Katie Lantzas, Administrative Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis, Tommy Lantzas and Joe Touhey. Below both Joe Touhey and Judge Davis-Loomis address those gathered for the event.
