The increase was necessitated by the passage of Senate Bill 316 of the 2004 Session of the General Assembly. The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County follows the Maryland Rules of Procedure and the Annotated Code of Maryland. The Law Library is located on the second floor of the Courthouse and is open to the public. The Law Library phone number is 410-222-1387. Faxes are not permitted directly to the Court.
