In March 2006, the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County adopted DCM Discovery Guidelines, seeking to improve its handling of discovery problems by: a) asking counsel to start the discovery process and related negotiations early; b) requesting more prompt attention to discovery disputes; c) imposing sanctions when appropriate; and d) striving to be more consistent in handling such disputes.

The Court now seeks input from counsel as to our general progress with these discovery efforts in the past 12 months. More specific comments are also invited. Please complete the brief survey below and click submit when you are done.
