UPDATED INFORMATION AS OF JULY 23, 2020

Based on the Governor’s Executive Order No. 2020-05-13-02, issued on May 13, 2020, the Clerk’s Office is able to accept marriage license applications and issue marriage licenses:

During the current phase of the court’s reopening, the Clerk’s Office encourages marriage license applications be mailed or placed in the dropbox for processing. If you would like to apply for a marriage license, please download the Marriage Information Form, and follow the instructions on the form.

Marriage ceremonies via video conference are allowed under the Executive Order. If you would like the Clerk’s Office to officiate your wedding ceremony via video conference please note that on your form and you will be contacted to make arrangements. Marriage Ceremonies performed in person at the Circuit Court between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. will be limited to the couple only until further notice. No guests will be permitted to attend the ceremony.
