Order a Circuit Court Transcript
In an effort to streamline the process of ordering transcripts and to get them to customers faster, starting on November 2, 2015, users will no longer need to get an estimate from the Office of the Court Reporter before placing an order for a transcript. When you wish to order a transcript, simply follow the link below to submit a CD or Transcript Request. The request will be forwarded by the Office of the Court Reporter to the transcription vendor, and the vendor will provide you with the estimate. If you decide that you only want a portion of the transcript, you can work directly with the vendor to get the new estimate before placing your order. All deposits and final payments will be paid to the vendor. Additionally, there will no longer be a $10 processing fee for transcripts. Beginning on November 2, 2015, the price of CDs for audio recordings will be $35.00 per CD. You can still listen for free in the law library.
Please note, this form is only used for ordering a transcript or CD from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. If you require a transcript of a hearing conducted at a different Circuit Court location, contact that court directly.
