The Family Law Self-Help Center provides legal information and forms to assist unrepresented litigants in matters of divorce, custody/visitation, child support and name changes. The Center is funded through a grant from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, but is staffed entirely by the Legal Aid Bureau, Annapolis Office.

The Center is located within the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County Law Library, Suite 303, on the third floor (main entry floor).  


Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive at the Family Law Self-Help Center, please sign in immediately.

Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
