Business Licenses: You may Print the applicationand mail it, and payment should be mailed in with the completed application; or you may submit an application online. Applicants have until the end of the state of emergency to renew without penalty.
Land Records Instruments: Land Records instruments may be brought to the courthouse and placed in a drop box that has been set up near the entrance, filed electronically through SimpliFile, or delivered in person at the Land Records Department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays. Same day service may be limited for those who deliver in person to the department.
Notary Public Oaths and Certifications: There is currently a term extension for Notaries Public in good standing, click here to view the Public Notice. However, for those wishing to renew now, Notary Public Oaths and Certifications will be performed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Passports: Passport applications are no longer accepted by the Clerk of the Court. Click here for information about obtaining a passport through the U.S. Postal Service.
